Intro

If the purpose of meditation is to unravel ones shrouded divinity, one need not go very far. According to the Siddhas, the human body is a portal through which larger domains of our own being and of Being-ness itself are accessible. They describe the human body as the only gateway to feeling, touching, surrendering and ultimately identifying with the totality of Being. Meditations belonging to the Siddha lineage are primarily body-based because the inner dimensions of the body are in direct experience of the Primal organising force that incarnated it. This is how any form of meditation centred in the felt-sense of the body can bring radical change in our state of being.

Siddha Tradition

The Siddha Tradition is one of the oldest known science-of-spirituality to Man. What began as an Oral lineage of the Guru-sishya parampara later evolved to writing on palm leaves which served as their scriptures handed down over generations. One may question the present day efficacy of this prevedic tradition, but efficacy but despite its archaicity, the knowledge is legitimate not in one but all dimensions of life.
